Refund and Returns Policy

At Artglaze, we take pride in delivering high-quality epoxy resins and hardeners. Due to the chemical nature of our products, we maintain a strict returns and refund policy to ensure safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The wrong product was delivered to you.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Products damaged due to improper storage, misuse, or mishandling.

  • Custom-mixed or special-order products.


3. Return Request Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number along with clear photos/videos showing the damage or error.

  3. Once approved, return the product in its original, unopened packaging.

  4. After inspection, we will process your replacement or refund.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
