At Artglaze, we take pride in delivering high-quality epoxy resins and hardeners. Due to the chemical nature of our products, we maintain a strict returns and refund policy to ensure safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product was damaged during transit.
The wrong product was delivered to you.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
Products damaged due to improper storage, misuse, or mishandling.
Custom-mixed or special-order products.
3. Return Request Process
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number along with clear photos/videos showing the damage or error.
Once approved, return the product in its original, unopened packaging.
After inspection, we will process your replacement or refund.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
